Schiedel SG wood-burning stove is a new model designed for optimal efficiency and performance. It comes with our award-winning ICID twin wall flue system, available only as a complete stove and chimney package. This system includes all necessary components to route the chimney through the roof or externally, depending on the selected kit.

Innovative Construction

The SG stove features the Schiedel Permeter flue system, which directs combustion air to the top of the stove, making it suitable for both new and existing homes. It offers high efficiency, minimal emissions, and is built to last for many years.

Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Return Deductions

  • A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for returning items to our depot.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
  • The refund amount will exclude the 35% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Report any damaged or defective items to Customer Services immediately.
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty

  • All Schiedel products include a 12-month warranty.
